If you forgot your password, you need to login to listen.monitera.com and click on the Forgot Password button on the password toolbar. Then you need to put your registered email addresses in the tab and click on the Reset Password button so that you can get an email and reset your password through the instructions you get.

You will be automatically directed to the myaccount.monitera.com webpage to create your password and then you can login to the Listen through listen.monitera.com.
